Provide copy of Contract/Addendums to your office, client, lender, escrow and co-agent.

Note all contingencies & deadlines for follow up.

Initial verbal contact to all parties introducing my assistance.

Assist in scheduling inspections/ appraisals, etc.

Oversee the timely removal & satisfaction of contractual contingencies.

Verify loan pre-qualification with lender.

Follow up on required disclosures.

Request preliminary title, review for accuracy - liens - judgements, etc.

Be available via e-mail or phone to parties during business hours.

Handle miscellaneous details as needed.

Contact lender regularly to obtain updates on buyer’s financing (appraisal, documentation, etc.).

Follow up on completion of work orders and inspections (pest, structural, well, septic, hazardous, etc.).

Verify signing/closing appointments for buyer and seller.
-
Request HUD and review for accuracy.

Assist in arranging key transfer.
-
Verify funding and recording with escrow/title and inform all parties.
