My services are designed to customize the individual agent's needs. Your client or parties involved in the transaction will know me as your personal assistant. Your transaction will be accessible to all parties through an Internet Platform Website, The Settlementroom (www.settlementroom.com). The Website used, will show you, the agent, as the host. Logos and pictures can be uploaded to customize the website. Each party will be given individual passwords to filter information. Parties to the transaction will have access to certain written information, completed task lists and documentation. Toll free fax and communication numbers are provided to eliminate cost to you, vendors and clients.
SERVICES The following is a list of items that you can expect to be handled during the transaction.
